I have always known that I wanted to do something that made a difference for people, and I just related well to the caregiver concept. My personal experience with my parents has also made me realize that freedom and independence are very dear to mankind, no matter what a person’s age, race, or gender may be. I want to help individuals maintain their independence, so they can go about living their lives in the way they want. To accomplish both of these goals, I decided to own and operate my own Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care branch in my hometown of Glendale, Arizona. Having worked and lived overseas including Iraq and Afghanistan I was able to visit many different countries. I found they had a real sense of community and this is the culture that I bring into this business.

The picture above is the Perfume Palace in Bagdad, Iraq. This is where
Saddam Hussein kept all his women. I actually there and was doing work for the Military. My job was designing and upgrading the Air Conditioning systems so it could handle all the equipment the Military moved into the building. This was all top secret communications equipment. It was insane how much equipment they moved into the building. Tons and tons of computer hardware and software. All kinds of emergency back up equipment. When I walked in there everyone would close their computers because I didn’t have a Top Secret clearance. they would yell out red badge walking because that was a visitor badge. So much more about the history of the Perfume Palace.

I have been in the Algarve region since November. It’s been fun. It’s a little slow at this time of year. The prices are really cheap. Even though the American dollar is weak. I’m planning to go to Valencia, Spain on January 9, 2020. I think it should be a little more exciting. I’m planning to stay over in Europe for awhile. This is the first time I have updated my website for awhile but I plan to post more.

  • These are a few samples of Drone movies. I’m just getting started. I didn’t take these. The quality isn’t as good when it’s live. Once I start getting my editing software I will start posting some shot clips. Since this is 4k video from the Mavic Air the video size are in the gigabits. I will stat putting links to U-Tube once I get that far.

This is from when I worked at Silver Bay Seafood’s in Sika Alaska. I was in charge of running the Ammonia Refrigeration plant. The design really sucked so it took a lot of work to keep it running. There was about 2600 tons of refrigeration. All we did was Salmon. This was the first time I had fresh Salmon right out of the ocean. It’s unbelievable. Nothing like it. The bears have it right. The crap you get out of the stores can never compare with fresh Salmon.  Click on the link below to check out the pics.

Finally got back to updating my website. I was kidnapped and held hostage in Bagdad. I finally escaped and I’m back in the USA. I’ve got a drone now. Mavic Air. I’ll try and post some video. Might be to big, but I will stream it live on U-Tube
